When Gunner Jackson spend a wet cold weekend living on top of a Mayflower semi truck with the goal of raising money and awareness to those in need this holiday weekend he had know idea what the response would be in the Yakima Valley. But once again the people of our fine city came together to raise $8,500 in cash along with a huge truck full of food. The entire effort was all part of 10 Deeds in 10 Days with Bill Harris Used Cars in Selah, and 92.9 The Bull was on hand this morning when the 10 Deeds truck pulled up at the YWCA and Rod's House, a homeless shelter for teens. The YWCA could hardly find storage space for all the food and that was the same story at Rod's house. It's a great feeling to help those in need and we want to thank you for supporting Gunner and the Bull on our mission to raise money and food for these great causes. Here are a few pictures of your food and money being put to good use!
