Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley each have a new trophy to add to their collections: The two country stars were both named winners at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night (July 31).

Underwood was named Choice Country Artist, beating out Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Hunter Hayes, Sam Hunt and Blake Shelton for the win. She was performing in Camrose, Alberta, Canada, during the ceremony and, according to a tweet, learned of her win while onstage.

"Wow!!! Thanks so much!" the country superstar writes. "I have the best fans ever!!!"

Underwood also took home that same honor in 2015, beating out Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Hayes, Miranda Lambert and Shelton to win that year.

Paisley, meanwhile, picked up Choice Country Song, for "Without a Fight," his duet with Demi Lovato. Paisley, too, learned of his win while on tour, he writes on Twitter.

"Walked off stage & found out that @ddlovato & I just won the #TeenChoice Award for #ChoiceCountrySong!" the artist shares. "Thank you all so much! #WithoutAFight"

Paisley and Lovato's competition for Choice Country Song included Ballerini ("Peter Pan"), FGL ("H.O.L.Y."), Hunt ("Make You Miss Me"), Shelton and Gwen Stefani ("Go Ahead and Break My Heart") and Underwood ("Church Bells").

Country-turned-pop superstar Taylor Swift received two 2016 Teen Choice Awards nominations, for Choice Female Artist and Choice Song: Female Artist, the latter for “New Romantics.” The Voice on which Shelton is a judge, earned a nod in the Choice TV: Reality Show category at the fan-voted awards show. A full list of winners is available on the TCAs' official website.
