Every year we get a reason to enjoy great music, have awesome food and be with good people on the grounds of Sarg Hubbard Park for 'A Case of the Blues and All That Jazz,' happening this weekend.

One of the first things I look for at these types of events is what kinds of food are we talking about. This year's event will feature the likes of Carousel, Copper Pot Caramels, D-Lish mini doughnuts, El Taco Loco, Hog Wild BBQ, Los Hernandez, Luntong Pinoy, SeaGalley, Shorty's Sweet Treats, Tazzah and Twigs Bistro.

If you're a wine connoisseur, they have you covered! They will be featuring wines from Airfield Estates Winery, Bonair Winery, J Bell Cellars, Kana Winery, Lookout Point Winery, Naches Heights Vineyard, Treveri Cellars and Wildridge Winery & Vineyard.

There will also be plenty of regional beer to choose from as well. You'll find Backwoods Brewing Co., Bale Breaker Brewing Co., Elysian Brewing, Ice Harbor Brewing, Icicle Brewing, Iron Horse Brewery, Kona Brewing Company, Ninkasi Brewing, Redhook Ale Brewery, Whistran Brewing, Widmer Brewing, Yakima Craft Brewing at this year's event.

You can enjoy all of these while grooving to the sounds of Billy D and the Hoodoos, Anni Piper and Tuck Foster and the Mossrites.

The festivities start at 5 p.m. this Saturday and go until 11 p.m. Tickets are $40 in advance or $45 at the door. Best of all, proceeds will go to the Yakima Greenway Foundation to keep Sarg Hubbard Park looking as great as it does.
