Starbucks now has their equivalent of Subway's JARED.

66-year-old Christine Hall of Alexandria, Virginia has dropped 85 POUNDS by only eating and drinking at STARBUCKS for two years.

Christine did it by having a coffee and oatmeal for breakfast, and a Panini or a bistro box every day for lunch and dinner.  If she exercised that day, she'd eat one of the Starbucks baked goods, like a chocolate brownie.

Basically, she lost weight by cutting calories.  Sticking to regular Starbucks coffee and their healthier items, she was only eating around 1,000 calories per day.

Christine estimates she spent about $16 at Starbucks every day.  So over the two years she only ate Starbucks, she spent around $11,600.  But she says it was worth it.

"Nothing hurts anymore.  I used to attribute some of my aches and pains to aging [but now] I have no medical issues whatsoever.  I just feel like a kid again."
