Applying Cat Eye Makeup Is No Easy Trick

I love shopping for makeup, but trying to apply it like the makeup girl in the store usually results in a #hail.

YouTube has a ton of helpful makeup tips, which I didn't have growing up.

I've been trying my hand at the cat eye, which is a difficult makeup trick.

The technique that I'm using is with tape. You put a strip of tape under your eyelid angled out toward your eyebrow. This gives you a guideline for drawing on the cat eye. It's not foolproof, but I'm hoping that my skills will improve with each application. Trying to get them even seems to be my main problem.
