Are Seahawks the Worst 7-1 Team Ever?

This was the questioned posed by stalwart Seattle sports scribe Art Thiel.

Following the Hawks lackluster (dreadful?) performance in last night's 14-9 victory in St. Louis, Thiel stated that their "7-1 mark is hard to take seriously when an offense at midseason generates 135 yards, 80 in one play."

That said, it is unchartered water for Seahawks fans to be complaining while getting off to the best start in franchise history.

Are the Hawks an illusion or was last night's performance just a stumble on the road to the Super Bowl?
