Hi I'm Micah, but I've gone by Cefus since ever since I signed on with 92.9 The Bull in November of 2000. I've done just about every job here at the radio station for the past 15 years. I've also had the honor of being a 3-term mayor of Yakima. I am married to the love of my life, Kristina who has the same love and passion for country music. I am also a life long fan of WWE, and huge supporter of Goldust! I love the Seahawks and spending time with those I love.

Today I made a HUGE announcement about my political future. I will not seek another term on the Yakima City Council.
Batter Up [VIDEO]
Kayla, Ashlee and Diane all joined the Morning Bull Pen to take their whack at winning tickets to see Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean at Seattle's CenturyLink Field on June 27. The ladies had a blast and even had a few surprises that made their morning. We can't say the same for the Hula Girl, Spiderman and the Giant Cupcake.

Will These Five Pick-up Lines Work for Cefus?
You may know that I used to be a self-proclaimed "ladies man," and I know what you're thinking ... Leon Phelps. But that's just not the case. Although I do like a glass of Courvoisier once in a while, I don't claim to be at the level of such a sophisticate as "The Ladies Man...

Hot Yoga? Me? Cefus Learns a Little About Stress Relief
Hot yoga class sounds like something for the girls after a rough day at work. But I had never thought about the benefits -- flexibility and overall stress relief -- it might offer for someone like myself.
I've never ever taken a yoga class, but I have joked about some of the strange positions you get into during yoga class: "downward dog," "happy baby" -- and one of my favorite
Best Night of Our Lives: Prime Memories of Prom
I was having dinner on Saturday with the family at Gasperetti's and the table across from us was full of high school seniors from Sunnyside. The group was dressed to the nines and that can mean only one thing: senior prom.
Joanna Cotten: A Powerful Voice Arises
Who is Joanna Cotten? For starters, she has one of the most powerful and unique voices I've ever heard. Her presence on stage at KeyArena during Eric Church's April 15 Outsiders Tour stop in Seattle couldn't be denied.
She comes across as a feisty, strong woman who could hold her own in the roughest of honky-tonks...
Our Cups Runneth Over After a Reverse Random Act of Bullness
From time to time, the Morning Bull Pen likes surprising folks around the valley with what we call Random Acts of Bullness -- such as giving rodeo tickets to kids or passing out free coffee at espresso stands.
We never figured on it happening the other way around, though.
The Ladies All Fall Hard for Cefus’ Trademark Dance Move
Back in my single days, I used to cut a rug at dance halls all over town. And somewhere along the line there, I developed a move that's never failed me.
I call it "The Move."
So here's a little instructional video for all you guys out there...
