The Fiesta Foods-powered stage is nearly set for this year's Bite of Yakima -- two bands are booked so far, and at least one more could be in the works.

Here's who'll be playing between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. June 28 at the Yakima Area Arboretum, 1401 Arboretum Drive:

Yakima-based One2Many is a five-man rock/country band that started playing together earlier this year.

Members include Doug McCracken (guitars), Josh Richardson (vocals), David Dillard (guitars and vocals), Chad Aicher (drums and percussion) and Jeff Cronin (keyboards, bass and vocals).

From the Tri-Cities, it's 3rd Date, a rock-driven outfit that's releasing its first album of original songs this fall.

The players include Rob Ivey (guitar and vocals), Tim Holloway (drums and vocals) and Alan Brower (bass and vocals).

Ivey, who's been playing professionally for 30 years, has been in a number of bands -- The Rage, The Members, Blue in the Face and IV. He's also performed with Great White, Randy Bachman, Sara Evans, Neal McCoy, Gregg Rolie, James Otto and others, according to the band's Facebook page.
Holloway, another 30-year veteran, has toured the West and overseas with other bands, including Foolish Fortune, The Kidz, Trespasser, Smoking Guns and Groundwater.

Brower's passion runs from rock to funk to jazz and fusion. He, too, has been playing professionally since the 1980s.

Admission to this year's Bite of Yakima -- which offers food, desserts and beverages from local restaurants and other shops -- is $5, which gives attendees scrip to sample the wares of the more than 30 vendors who are expected.

The event is cosponsored by Fiesta Foods, Yakima Elks Lodge No. 318 and Townsquare Media.
