Blake Shelton surprised the crowd at the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday night (April 11), taking the stage for an unannounced performance. As the show's host revealed the big news, the entire venue erupted into screams as Shelton walked out on stage.

Shelton graced the iconic venue with his hits "Honey Bee" and "Ol' Red," as well as collaborated with the Oak Ridge Boys on their song "Elvira." Later, he hit Facebook Live to tell fans who couldn't witness it about his surprise appearance.

"I got to bring out the Oak Ridge Boys to sing with me. I got to see my buddies Rascal Flatts, they were out there performing and said hi to Keith Urban when I was coming off stage," Shelton explains. "It's definitely one of those cool nights at the Grand Ole Opry. If you ever get to Nashville, you gotta come by this place and experience it."

He also thanked fans for showing up to see his Doin' It to Country Songs Tour, adding that "hopefully we'll get out there again sometime in the next 20 years. I know I don't tour that much but when we do get out there we really do try to make it a big deal."

Urban also played the Opry Tuesday night. The superstar celebrated a major milestone, as he has been a member of the Grand Ole Opry for five years. Watch his performance of "Blue Ain't Your Color" below.
