BREAKING: KOMO News Heliopter Involved in Fiery Crash [VIDEO]

UPDATE:
A news helicopter co-owned by KOMO News and KING-TV in Seattle has crashed near it's helipad adjacent to the Space Needle.
KGW.com is reporting that a 37-year-old man was being taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

8:21 A.M. Pacific:
KOMO.com is now reporting that two people are dead following the crash on Broad St.  Two cars were struck by the chopper in the crash.

KOMO is confirming that helicoptor was taking off and clipped the building prior to the crash.
