Sometimes it can get pretty tricky defining "family" -- especially in situations like the one this week's Couple Court plaintiff finds herself facing.

Dear Rik and Michele:
I want to take a family portrait of my husband and I, my daughter and her husband and my son and his child. The problem is my son wants his live-in girlfriend in the picture too. She is not his child's mother and they are not married so I don't think she should be in this expensive picture. Am I wrong for feeling this way?

What do you think, Bull Pen jurors? Is it a family portrait or the picture of dysfunction?
