Dispose of Meds and Docs Safely This Weekend

Do you have a ton of old medication in your cupboards, or some sensitive documents that need to get disposed of? Well, now you can get all that stuff taken off your hands safely.

According to KIMA, the Yakima County Crime Stoppers, the DEA, and Solarity Credit Union have teamed up to help you dispose of prescriptions drugs and all those personal documents. They're hosting their bi-annual "Shreds and Meds" event this Saturday (10/27) at the Solarity Credit Union's Yakima location (5th and Martin Luther King Boulevard).

Take those meds and documents any time from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
