DJ Gets Drunk On Air During Final Broadcast
There is a secret fantasy that all radio dj's have.
When confronted with the idea of quitting or being let go, every jock has entertained the notion of getting drunk and speaking their mind their last day on the air.
Which is why BBC radio host Paula White is my new hero.
Ms. White, who admitted to having "a couple of drinks" slurred through her live show for nearly a half hour before the microphone plug was pulled.
A listener texted and wondered if she was indeed plowed. She replied, "I'm not drunk, I've had a couple of drinks, I'm not drunk … I'm sad."
