Earthquake In Terrace Heights — 2.2 Magnitude

My dogs were going crazy at around 2 in the morning. I jumped out of bed, locked and loaded thinking I had a coyote or an intruder on my property. I went outside and looked around and found nothing, so I went back to bed.

When I woke up and went to start my truck this morning, half my mountain had spilled onto my driveway. What the heck? It turns out that Terrace Heights had a 2.2-magnitude earthquake.Reports from the National Weather Service and the Earthquake Tracker confirm what happened. Kinda of scary, considering my entire mountain is on the side of my house. If it gets any worse, I will have a mudslide in the driveway.
