Police in Rogers County, Okla. are trying to determine if the man who left a burning vehicle near Garth Brooks‘ house knew he was trespassing on the singer’s property as he escaped. Despite a perimeter search following Thursday’s incident, the man has not been found.

KOTV News reports that a neighbor of Brooks’ reported a burning vehicle not from from his property. When Rogers County Sheriff’s deputies arrived, someone was running away — through the singer’s yard. The Chrysler SUV was reported stolen on Wednesday.

There is no word on if Brooks, Trisha Yearwood or any of his daughters were home at the time of the incident. Earlier this week it was announced that Brooks would be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, alongside Hargus “Pigg” Robbins and singer Conie Smith.
