I can't be the only person who cuts a grapefruit in half and sprinkles either salt or sugar on the top layer of each half.

First I take take a knife and cut the grapefruit in half. Then I cut the edges to loosen up the segments — that also allows a little juice to float on top. Then I grab a serrated spoon and in a about 2 minutes there is nothing left but an empty rind.

Grapefruits are a good source of vitamins C and A. They can also curb that sugar craving you might be having this afternoon.
