Finding the perfect birthday card can be tough given the lackluster selection in today's market. But once in a while, you find the perfect fit for that special person.

Today is my fiancee's birthday and I spent a good 30 minutes choosing a card. I came up with one that invokes humor with a serious tone followed by a cold splash or reality. How do you pick the perfect birthday card?
