As a fan of AMC's "The Walking Dead," I'm beyond excited to get to meet one of the cast members this Thursday (July 12)!

Lee Vervoort, who plays a Savior in Seasons 6 and 7 of "The Walking Dead," will be at Orion Cinema signing autographs and taking pictures starting at 4:30 p.m. You can also catch a preview of his upcoming movie, "The Beast of LBL," which has Naches native Jared Stroscher playing Lee's brother due to the uncanny similarities in their looks.

Now, as a fan I'll admit that I harbor some hard feelings against the Saviors. The horrible things they have done to my beloved Rick and Daryl!

But those hard feelings won't outweigh the ability to ask Lee about what it's like filming on the set of "Walking Dead" or how the cast members are in real life. What's fhe funniest thing to happen on set? How long those poor people who play the "walkers" have to be in makeup?

Although I may need to bring my bat with barbed-wire wrapped around it as backup.
