If You’re Going to Pee in a Park, at Least Wait Until the President is Done Speaking Nearby

Yesterday, PRESIDENT OBAMA was in Cincinnati, Ohio giving a speech at a park.  That obviously drew the attention of everyone in the park.  Except for one dude, who's very clearly PEEING INTO SOME BUSHES in the background.   The more I look at the photo, he's either peeing or changing the film in his camera.   What do you think?

And what's even crazier is that if he IS peeing,  the one visible Secret Service agent in the photo doesn't appear to see him.
