In What Ways Does Your Spouse Annoy You?

So apparently today is "National Spouses Day". It's one of those little known holidays... kinda like "National Peanut Butter Day" and "Stuffed Mushroom Day" etc. Well we might as well acknowledge National Spouses Day to some extent, right? I mean, I acknowledge and participate in "National Pie Day" every year :)

So in honor of this holiday... what about your spouse annoys you the most? My wife Emily and I have been married for over 10 years now. So as I type this, I'm trying to think of something that she does that annoys me. If it was 11 years ago, I would have said "her constantly bugging me about having a baby". I never really wanted kids. Now we have two. I guess I'm lucky that not a massive amount things come to mind when I'm thinking of what she does to annoy me. The only thing I can really think of right now is when she is just endlessly scrolling her Facebook timeline when we're watching TV together. That's it. At least for right now lol.

So I did find a survey of the things that annoy us the most about our spouses.

1. Selective listening, 40%.

2. Snoring, 39%.

3. Being a control freak, 26%.

4. Not financially responsible, 20%.

5. Gross habits like nose picking, flatulence, and burping, 19%.

Of course the list that I can come up with that I APPRECIATE about her is a heck of a lot longer.   #1 on that list... she puts up with my sh!t.  I think most guys in that boat LOL.
