Check Your Fridge After Jimmy Dean Sausage Recall

Jimmy Dean has announced a recall of more than 28,000 pounds of sausage! This is a Class I recall, which is the highest priority recall as the product can be hazardous to your health!

The recall is being issued after five consumer complaints came in for metal-tainted sausage. The sausage was produced in Tennessee and was distributed to 21 states, and it is affecting products that were made on or after Aug. 4, 2018.

So make sure you check what is in your fridge!
