Photo by Rick Diamond/Getty ImagesJudging from the season opener that aired on Sunday, John Rich might do pretty well on this season of “Celebrity Apprentice.” John felt early on that he might be the underdog in a group that includes baseball great Jose Canseco, La Toya Jackson and other celebs from all fields. “I love it when I see the look in somebody’s eye that goes, ‘Nice cowboy hat, Dingaling!’ “John told the camera. “Don’t underestimate the country boys.” Rich shined, raising some big money, working the crowd and coming up with some big ideas for the first pizza-selling challenge for the competition. He also sang Big & Rich signature hit “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy).” John, who’s competing to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, declared, “Country done come to town, brother!”
