It's spring break! And for those of not heading out of town this week, that means we need to find stuff to keep the kiddos occupied. Otherwise, they spend all week in the same pair of pajamas, eating junk food and playing videos.

So here's a creative idea: How about a couple of days of art classes? Hobby Lobby, 2203 S. First St., will host a spring break art camp from 1-3 p.m. this Wednesday through Friday (April 4-6).

Classes include drawing basics, watercolors and painting fun with Rachel Lucas Bertsch.

Each day for two hours, Rachel will be teaching the art of being creative. Camp is recommended for children in first through eighth grades.

Cost is $60 per child and must be paid either through PayPal or at the door. Families with more than one child will get a $10 discount for each additional child. The cost includes all materials. If this camp does not fill, drop-ins will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Class size is limited, so you MUST PRE-REGISTER BY EMAILING artbyrachellucas@yahoo.com
