There’s nothing quite like the two words “snow day” to get school-aged kids all in a dither. When class was canceled in Luke Bryan's neck of the woods on Tuesday, Jan. 16, his own kids were no different.

In a funny video posted on Instagram, Bryan and wife Caroline tell their two sons—along with a pack of their buddies, who are apparently over for a playdate—that there will be no more pencils, books, or teacher’s dirty looks the following morning (at least for one day, anyway).

The couple round up the boys, who are mouthy and impatient as only little boys can be trying to figure out what surprise is in store. When Luke shouts, "There's no school tomorrow," the group bursts into screams of glee.

Add in the little extra tidbit that Monday already was a holiday for Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, and the fun factor was just about as high as it could get. We dare you to watch this and not smile…if you can handle the high-pitched volume!

It’ll likely be back to the ol’ grind for the kids sometime this week, but in the meantime, an extended weekend is pretty good cause for celebration.

Bryan will be out of the Tennessee snowstorm soon enough, as he travels to Mexico this week for his annual Crash My Playa concert vacation experience. The four-day event will take place Jan. 17 through 20 in Riviera Maya, with Bryan performing two headlining sets.
