Michele Mathews Weight Loss Journey [Week 20 Update]
It’s been 4 months since I started on my weight loss or I like to call it “my get healthy journey.”
I’ve lost almost 20 pounds, 20% body fat and my BMI is down to 23%.
I feel soooo much better, stronger and happier.
I really couldn’t have done it without Tanner. He is the Athletic Director at the Yakima Athletic Club and is my personal trainer. He is my cheerleader, drill sergeant, motivational speaker, psychologist and most importantly now my friend. He, like all the other trainers, truly cares about my success.
I would recommend you get a personal trainer to start your “get healthy journey”. Especially, if your like me and can’t stay focused or motivated on your own. It really helps to have someone that you have to be accountable to and doesn’t put up with your BS.
