Michele’s Daughter, Shaylee, Receives the Best Birthday Wish Ever

My little Shaylee has just turned 9 years old. I posted a picture of her on Facebook saying this:

"Nine years ago today my little princess just didn't want to wait until the end of June to celebrate her birthday! Weighing in at 3 pounds she spent 53 days in the NICU. I'm so blessed that this bossy, funny, caring and precious little girl calls me Mom."

Many friends and relatives commented, wishing her happy birthday, so I read them to her. The only birthday wish she cared about was the one from Micah Cawley. She squealed, "The mayor wished me a happy birthday!"

I sent Micah -- aka Cefus -- a text telling him how she only cared about his birthday wish.

He went a step further and made a special little video.
