Michele’s Weight Loss Update [WEEK 8]


Monday’s are always weight in day with my trainer Tanner at the Yakima Athletic Club and I’ll be honest … I usually worry about it!

This weight in I lost another 2 pounds, so now I’m past the 10 pound mark with a total loss of 11 pounds and 13% body fat. Plus, I feel stronger and healthy.

I’ve started Boot Camp classes. Yes … the name totally scared me! The good thing about the classes is that they can change the class to fit your ability. So don’t let the totally fit people in the class scare you away because you can do it!

I’m more than happy to have anyone who wants to join me tag along. You can get a guest pass for $6 for the day.
