My Daughter Broke Her Smile – Where to Send ‘Get Well Soon’ Cards

Over the weekend, my daughter broke her teeth and causes massive mouth trauma on the playground.

Her and her sister were playing on a see-saw when they learned they could launch the beauty bark that was on the ground by using the see-saw as a catapult. Only, before one of the launches, she got too close and got smacked in the jaw, shattering her four front teeth and splitting her lip. The doctors found one of her teeth lodged in her lip.

Since these were her grown-up teeth, they need to wait and see what kind of nerve damage happened to evaluate how to fix her teeth, if it involves just getting a cap or a porcelain crown or something.

She's a trooper, but feeling a little down about not being able to finish her last week of school.

The good news is we have insurance so we're good, financially speaking, but others have asked about sending a 'get well soon' card. If you'd like to send a card or postcard, you can mail anything to the address below.
