According to a new article in Business Insider, you don't have to sprint to burn a couple of hundred calories, you just need an hour and the right activity!

Here are a few of the article's suggested activities:

  1. Go for a leisurely walk. It burns 204 calories an hour, on average.
  2. Take a casual bike ride. Even if you keep it under 10 mph, you'll burn 292 calories in 60 minutes.
  3. Go ice skating. It'll burn a whopping 511 calories an hour.
