Having signed QB Matt Flynn in free agency, the Seahawks filled an immediate need. Who will they pick at #12? Will they trade down to add more picks? News/Talk  KIT is your Seahawks  station. Most experts say the Seahawks are a team on the rise, with no really glaring holes to fill in the draft as they have in the past few years. GM John Schneider has identified the need for a pass rushing defensive end, and more speed at linebacker as priorities. Who do the experts see the Seahawks picking with their first round pick?

Rob Rang, of NFLDraftScout.com for CBSSports.com : Melvin Ingram, OLB, South Carolina.

Dane Brugler, of NFLDraftScout.com for CBSSports.com (today): Quinton Coples, DE, North Carolina.

Bucky Brooks, at NFL.com : David DeCastro, OG, Stanford.

Peter King,at SI.com : Ingram. “(Should pick: Mark Barron, S, Alabama). One note: Seattle will take Ryan Tannehill if he’s there at 12.

Who do I think they will take? Luke Kuechly, LB Boston College. A fast LB who fits the Seahawks mold. However, Aaron Curry was a “can’t miss” pick at #4 overall for the Seahawks a few years ago who never met expectations.

In later rounds, UW RB Chris Polk might be a fit, and I would like to see Prosser’s Kellen Moore sign a deal. I think he will surprise a lot of people in the NFL.

What do you think the Seahawks will do with their #1 pick?
