This weekend the flow of traffic will be moving a little slower, because it is the annual tractor run through the canyon. This is a lot of fun for the entire family to enjoy! There is something about tractors and antique farm equipment that makes the child in both young and old to become wide-eyed! Tractor Run to Kittitas Through Sept. 18 Kittitas Valley Early Iron Club Threshing Bee and Antique Farm Show and Tractor Run through the Yakima River Canyon to Olmstead Place State Park near Ellensburg. Tractors need to travel 8 to 10 miles an hour, have at least one American flag and a slow moving vehicle triangle. Participants need to be ready to leave at 8 a.m. from the Central Washington Agricultural Museum, 4508 Main St. Info: 509-833-9635.

Old Time Threshing Bee & Tractor Show Through Sept. 18 Breakfast hosted by Rodeo City Kiwanis at the cost of $5 per person at Olmstead State Park, East of Ellensburg.
