In his acceptance remarks, Allen was emphatic in thanking the 12th Man, the Seahawks' fans for their unwavering support.

The Seahawks are unique among NFL teams in the way they include their fans in every home game day experience, most notably with the raising of the 12th Man flag. It's a very special honor to be chosen to hoist the flag just before kickoff, and a host of northwest luminaries and ordinary folks have undertaken this task.
