Seattle retained the spot it reached in ESPN's March off season poll.

The Seahawks used last week's draft to add depth to an already impressive roster and to plug holes in the defense made by departing free agents.

Seattle drafted two running backs to add depth behind Marshawn Lynch and Robert Turbin, a pair of defensive tackles to beef up the defensive line, and two receivers to give Russell Wilson a couple of more targets.

The San Francisco 49ers are at number 2, followed by Denver,  Atlanta, and Green Bay.
