See Where Your Candy Falls On The Candy Hierarchy?

We all have our favorite Halloween Candy. Mine is Reese's and Twix, which both make it into the Top Tier of The Candy Hierarchy.

I really had no clue that there even was a Candy Hierarchy! Does this mean that we shouldn't hand out Halloween Candy on the Bottom Tier or The Tier So Low It Does Not Even Register? I want to know why white bread is on the bottom tier? Is that a candy?
