Sometimes, the Scariest Boogeyman Is … You

Have you ever watched a scary movie and then you start hearing sounds?

I think this is a sign that I've been watching too many scary movies lately, but I can't help myself because they are all over TV this time of year!

I was getting ready for work when I heard a sound. It sounded like a chain saw in the distance. I froze ... listened for the sound again. I heard the same sound again.

I started thinking that someone was outside my house with a chain saw about to break in and saw me up! I heard the sound again and I was about to start freaking out ...

Then, I realized that it was my electric toothbrush inside the cabinet in the toothbrush holder. I hadn't switched my toothbrush all the way off when I put it away.
