St. Jude Is An Amazing Place!

My trip to St. Jude in Memphis, Tennessee was amazing! We toured the hospital, listened to doctors talk about cutting edge research, and met with parents and patients.

The way the hospital is all about making the kids feel as happy as possible given what the kids are going through is beyond words. The staff is always happy and full of hope. Everything about the hospital is designed around the kids and their happiness. Right down to the little details. For example - the waiting area for chemo treatment has twinkling stars on the celling because the kids are pulled around in little wagons and due to their medicine they become weak and sick.

It should be mandatory that at some point in your life you HAVE to tour the hospital because you will leave changed for life!

I will now carry St. Jude, the staff and the patients close to my heart and due everything in my power to raise as much money for them as possible!
