Where Sunrise Dental you located?
We have two locations to better serve our clients - 306 S. Main Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA 98926 and 3408 W. Nob Hill Blvd., Yakima, WA 98902

May I make an appointment on the weekend?
Yes! Our Yakima office is open Monday - Saturday and our Ellensburg office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Do you take my insurance?
We accept most insurance plans. Please contact us for more information.

What should I bring with me to an appointment?

When you come in for your dentist appointment, please have the following:

• Current Driver’s License or Picture ID
• Current Dental Insurance Card
• Previous dental records and health care records if available
• List of current medications that you are taking

If x-rays have been taken within the last year, please bring a copy from your previous dental provider to your first appointment. The doctor cannot properly diagnose your current condition without current x-rays and some insurance companies do not allow more than one set per year. Also please provide dates of previous surgeries/medical diagnosis.
