If you ever wanted to sit down and chat about guitars with Brad Paisley well, we go! This years marks the 60th Anniversity of the iconic Fender Telecaster or as many call it "Tele".
Brad Paisley visited more than 30 cities on his 2011 world tour and he’s gearing up to hit the road next year for a string of dates with Scotty McCreery, but he couldn’t say no when he was recently asked to do an extra bit of traveling – to Sesame Street.
He and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams Paisley, appeared as part of an upcoming prime time special dedicated to helping fight childhood hunger.
Brad Paisley's sold more than 10 million records, and he's had 17 number one hits on the country charts. With that kind of popularity, it's natural his fanbase falls all across the spectrum.
For a cross-section of the most dedicated of his sprawling fanbase - plus some real unvarnished talent - check out our list of amateur Paisley covers. We take you from one side of the spectrum to the other - from an adorable father-daughter take on "Whiskey Lullaby," featuring a guest turn by one of the starkest mullets on YouTube, to a kid cowboy's version of "Mud on the Tires." And don't forget to register for a chance to see and meet Brad Paisley in West Palm Beach, Fla. on Sept. 10.
Brad Paisley's onstage charm extends beyond the road and even to his performances on awards shows and TV specials. Paisley overcomes the limits of the medium, showing off his singing and powerhouse guitar playing while continuing to prove himself one of the most likeable and engaging performers in country music
Taste of Country got an exclusive interview with Brad Paisley this week, in which, among other things, the country superstar talks about how Carrie Underwood has become his go-to duet partner.
"She’s probably pretty much my first choice to sing with when it comes to a duet with a woman like that. I mean, we just sort of share the same values and get along that well," Paisley tells Taste of Country. "I just don’t think there’s a better singer than her, so it’s sort of selfish to be able to sing with her and perform."
We're happy to announce that John Bruce Evans is the official winner of last month's Kenny Chesney contest! Evans and a guest will fly from Texas to Green Bay, where they'll see Chesney play at Lambeau Field on June 11, and get the chance to meet the superstar.
We put on the contest last month with the help of our friends at Taste of Country. Read more about Evans — plus your chance to win a trip to see Brad Paisley in West Palm Beach, Fla. — after the jump.
Brad Paisley's newest record, This is Country Music, plays like a country rock mix tape curated and orchestrated by Paisley himself. It's packed with guest appearances from the likes of coiffed guitar acrobat Marty Stuart, classic rock crooner Don Henley and, of course, Paisley's go-to duet partner these days, Carrie Underwood. Plus, Clint Eastwood whistles the melody to the instrumental 'Eastwood.' If that sounds like the most awesome thing ever, well, what can we say?
Not that it's anything new for the 'Celebrity' singer - he's put together some great collaborations in his day. Check out our list of the five best Paisley duets of all time, and when you're done reading, head over to our Facebook page to enter for your chance to win a trip to West Palm Beach to see Paisley in concert - and meet him backstage.
This month, we're excited to give you the opportunity to fly to Florida with a friend to meet Brad Paisley. Winners of our contest will receive tickets to see the country star live at Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, FL on September 10th
