Dress code violation?
A JCPenney's employee was sent home for violating the dress code with shorts she bought from her very own employer.
Sylva Stoel, a 17-year-old from Sioux Falls, S.D., quit her job last week when she was told to go home and change.
Sylva wore red shorts with a blue sleeveless button-down shirt which the store marketed as appropriate for work.
