Thanksgiving Leftover Recipes

I make a mean turkey noodle soup with my Thanksgiving leftovers -- and I still end up with plenty of leftover turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, yams and green bean casserole.

I've gotten pretty good at using my Thanksgiving leftovers, but there are a few that I just don't quite know what the heck to do with?
