The three Connecticut residents who were arrested at Taylor Swift‘s Rhode Island home on June 14 have all pleaded not guilty to the disturbance they allegedly caused.

Michael Horrigan, 29, Tristan Kading, 28, and Emily Kading, 26, appeared in 4th Division District Court on Friday (July 11), according to the Westerly Sun, to enter their not guilty pleas. Each was represented by an attorney.

Westerly Police were contacted by Swift’s security guards after the three hurled beer bottles onto the singer’s property and shouted expletives at them. Ryan Poirier, one of the security guards, was able to identify the trio and also took a photo of them on his cell phone. They were each charged with disorderly conduct and have been released.

Since purchasing the Watch Hill home in April 2013, Swift has had a number of trespassers on her beachfront property. One fan swam up to her mansion in May 2013, hoping for a glimpse of the leggy songstress, while a 38-year-old fan trespassed numerous times and was ordered to stay away from Swift.

Apparently, despite the fact that she put [hilarious] warning signs around her home — which read ‘I knew you were trouble when you walked in’ with ‘No Trespassing’ printed underneath — some people just can’t take the hint.

The ‘Red’ hitmaker was not at her seaside property when the trio of alleged trespassers were arrested. She’s currently hard at work on her new record, which pal Ed Sheeran has dubbed as “very good.”
