The Great Garth Giveaway made a lunchtime stop Wednesday at Peppermint Stick in Union Gap.
A decent crowd had been waiting 20 minutes for the Bull Pen to show up to send someone home with the most prized possession in country music: tickets to the legendary Garth Brooks.
