The Bull’s Soldier of the Week – Sgt. Ben Yost

Every week, The Bull honors a local soldier serving Eastern Washington in the Washington National Guard. Our Soldier of the Week is Sgt. Ben Yost of Colville, WA.

He is a tanker in the Washington Army National Guard Delta Company 1-161 Infantry Company that trains outside of Yakima.

He has three children, is a mechanic by profession, and loves geocaching.

The Washington National Guard is made up of citizen soldiers, that means they work alongside you and me at day jobs, and then support the National Guard in responding to emergencies in Eastern Washington and supporting the full-time military in war zones.
