This week is the start of Rik and I participating in the Yakima Athletic Club's "Get In Shape Challenge."

Part of the six-week program is diet and nutrition. Rik's diet is let's say ... questionable at best. He eats burritos from the mini mart for breakfast while chugging down a Mountain Dew pretty much every morning.

Trying to get him to kick the Dew habit has been difficult, which resulted in an intervention with our team trainer, Judah.

Judah rolled in Monday morning and confiscated Rik's mountain dew.
