The Thanksgiving Dish That No One Eats

Thanksgiving is a time to enjoy family, friends and FOOD!

My hairdresser -- Alex -- asked me the other day if I make a dish that no one eats. She said her mom has to make a pistachio pudding that only her mom will eat, but it was a dish that her grandma always made. So it's more sentimental.

I now make the famous green bean casserole due to my cousin who lives in Alaska. Her family lived with us for a couple of years when her daughter had leukemia and was here for treatments. She insisted on making the green bean casserole when she was here and now I make it in honor of her.
