This Is Why You Don’t Wear A Mini-Skirt In Extremely Cold Weather

There's a gal in Kazakhstan that decided to wear a mini-skirt and head out in the NEGATIVE 40 degree temps! There's a time to be sexy, and a time to dress for the weather. The latter would have saved her some major pain. She ended up getting frost bite on both of her thighs.
