Am I the only one to find it a little "funny" that Curb records suddenly releases Tim McGraw's new single hours after a Tennessee Judge grants him the right to shop around for a new record label. Tim has been fighting with Curb records for the past year over his contract and says the label has held up the release of new music. Curb claims that Tim has not fulfilled his contract and plans to hold him to what they see as a breach of contract. Yesterday a judge allowed Tim to shop around for a new record label, and with that ruling Curd quickly released his new single "I'm better than I used to be." The case will come to a head next summer in a jury trial set for July of 2012. Can't we all just get along? Listen to Tim's new song and let us know if you think it should be added to the 92.9 The Bull playlist.
