NBC Right Now's Monty Webb's Facebook live morning update says the forecast for overnight and into Wednesday morning looks nowhere close to promising for warmer weather. In fact, he said we should expect lows in the single digits -- he even went as far as saying a low of 8 was a little optimistic!
