Update On Michele’s Weight Loss
It's been over a month now since I started my weight loss journey. Actually, it should be called my get fit and healthy journey. It really is a lifestyle change and it by no means has been easy!
I was one of those who only ate once a day and basically put everyone else's needs ahead of my own. Well ... no more!
I make the time to workout and have really tried to eat healthy. Plus, having a personal trainer keeps me accountable and he knows when to push me or when I need motivation.
So far I've lost 9 pounds and 11 percent body fat, which is 11 of those gross fat clumps pictured!
