Watch Out For The Bug That’s Going Around!

It’s that time of year … everyone starts getting sick. At my house when one person gets it everyone soon follows! It also seems to be going around our work.
I know A LOT of people who have been sick with this 24 hour bug, my family included. You have flu like symptoms – vomiting, fever, and sore throat.
Luckily … it only seems to be around for 24 hours!
How do you stay germ free during the cold and flu season?
